As a J.D. with a strong legal, finance, insurance and business background, Trish provides dependable, accurate, and highly experienced services in all phases of litigation and transactional work, legal research and writing, medical record summaries and factual chronologies and deposition digesting. Trish is experienced with insurance coverage issues, trial preparation, complex business transactions, government contracting, and regulatory compliance. Trish finds being in a high-level supporting role both challenging and rewarding.     BRIAN - With over 18 years of managerial experience in both the corporate and legal world, ability to type 90 words per minute, and proven track record in guiding Fortune 500 companies and law firms around the country in increasing revenue and performance, Brian also possesses the expertise clients need. Brian is not only a Managing Member and Office Manager, but also a paralegal with vast knowledge in the legal field. Brian provides dependable, accurate, and highly experienced services in all phases of paralegal and business related work. Brian specializes in business organization, data analytics, medical record summaries and factual chronologies, deposition digesting, marketing and concept photography for clients who want to gain that needed edge on their competition.   INDEPENDENT CONTRACT PARALEGALS (ICPs) or virtual paralegals who contract with VIP are among the most highly qualified and trustworthy paralegals available. Our independent contract paralegals (ICPs) have 20 years of extensive legal experience and knowledge on average, bringing with them their own vast and unique skills in numerous areas of law, medicine and business. Our ICPs have extensive medical knowledge, some of which are former nurse practitioners. Our ICPs are highly qualified to work on simple or complex cases. Our ICPs are skilled in all phases of transcription, word processing, medical record summarizing, factual chronologies, deposition digesting, pleading and discovery preparation, document review and numerous other services. Our ICPs provide only the highest quality service with unmatched responsiveness. VIP only utilizes ICPs who pass a rigorous background check to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion. All our ICPs are also required to pass a typing test for speed and accuracy. Additionally, all our ICPs have signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and reaffirm their duty of confidentiality upon each new assignment. VIP guarantees all of the work that goes out under the VIP name and to that extent we have a robust errors & omissions insurance policy that covers all work done by VIP and our ICPs in the amount of $1 million per occurrence. Our ICPs are instructed on the proper procedures, protocols, and security measures required by VIP. We encourage our ICPs to engage in furthering their skills with continued training.
